Last updated: July 24, 2026
At RedPeak Ledger, the confidentiality and security of your personal information is one of our most important responsibilities. This Privacy Notice describes the categories of information we collect, how we use and share that information, and the choices you can make about how we use your data. We adhere to applicable financial- privacy and data-protection laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, and we apply those safeguards consistently across all member accounts.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information needed to verify your identity, open and service your account, meet our regulatory obligations, and protect you from fraud. Identity is verified through government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s licence, or national ID card) and supporting documents. Where required for tax reporting, applicable government tax identifiers are collected, encrypted, and stored separately from day-to-day account data.
Information we collect falls into the following categories:
- Account information you provide during registration: legal name, residential address, email, phone number, and account password (stored only as a cryptographic hash).
- Identity-verification documents you upload when completing KYC: government-issued photo ID, date of birth, citizenship, and country of residence. Where required by applicable law, government tax identifiers are also collected and stored encrypted.
- Information about your transactions with us (account balances, payment history, internal account number).
- Information from consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus) only when you have applied for a credit product and given us written consent.
- Information from third-party verifiers used to confirm the authenticity of identity documents during account opening and ongoing due diligence.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to process transactions, service your accounts, prevent fraud, comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing laws, and design products that may be of interest to you. We do not sell your non-public personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. How we share information
We may disclose non-public personal information about you to the following types of third parties as necessary to deliver our products and services:
- Service providers that perform services on our behalf (card networks, statement printers, fraud-monitoring vendors).
- Government agencies, courts, or regulators when required by law.
- Credit bureaus and other entities as required to process your applications.
- Other parties with your prior consent or at your direction.
We require all third parties that receive your information to maintain its confidentiality and to use it only for the specific purpose for which it was provided.
4. How we protect your information

Access is restricted to employees and service providers who need the information to perform their job functions.
